At BHMG Engineers, we believe that great engineering starts with great people, and we know exactly where to find them. That’s why we are proud to be a returning presence at the Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE) Engineering Career Fair, one of the most valuable recruiting events on our calendar each year.
This year’s career fair was no exception. We were thrilled to connect with the next generation of engineers, share what makes BHMG Engineers a great place to grow a career, and learn from the bright, motivated students that SIUE continues to produce. The energy and enthusiasm we encounter at every SIUE career fair reaffirms why we keep coming back.

Our connection to SIUE runs deep. Over the years, a significant number of our team members have called SIUE home during their academic journeys, and that Cougar pride lives on within our walls every day. Most notably, our very own CEO, Lukas Pirok, is an SIUE alumnus, a testament to the caliber of talent and education that the university delivers. Lukas’s path from SIUE student to leading BHMG Engineers is a story we love to share with students who are just beginning to map out their own careers.
Attending the SIUE Engineering Career Fair is a highlight of our year and a genuine opportunity to invest in a community that has given so much to our company. We value the relationship we have built with SIUE, and we are committed to continuing to support its students and their futures.
